To make your sign, we start with a high-grade aluminum blank. That blank is then die cut to the Le Paris shape shown in the picture. Once cut to shape, the blank is painted using a powder-coated paint process. This process gives your sign a beautiful black painted finish that is more durable than traditional painting processes.
Once the aluminum blank is painted, we then custom cut your address number out of our premier super reflective material and hand apply it to both sides. To ensure long-lasting quality, we use engineer grade material that is rated for at least 7 years of highway and interstate use. If I could recommend though pay attention when ordering just the signs it doesn't come with everything its like an alacart purchase. It doesn't coke with poles and toppers. Ok, I planned to hang it on the house but it does not lay flush on the siding so I have to purchase a pole to hang it on. Wasn't my plan but I will try that. I was disappointed in the sign too, I do not think the quality was worth the price. I could probably go the to the craft store and make my own for much less money.
