We start the process of making your sign with a 3/4" steel tube, cut to 47 or 58 inches tall. That steel tube is then painted using a powder-coating method that gives a beautiful, black painted finish that is more durable than traditional painting processes. We then attach our exclusively designed polypropylene sign bracket to the post using galvanized bolts and powder coated nuts. This polypropylene bracket is made of the same material that is used to make automotive batteries and other products used in the most extreme environments. We use polypropylene to get all the beauty of wrought iron with no negatives. Our beautiful brackets never need painting and will never rust. They keep looking beautiful, year after year.
We custom cut your design out of our premier super reflective material. We then hand apply it to a premium powder-coated 16" x 12" aluminum sign blank on both sides. We use engineer-grade material rated for at least seven years of highway and interstate use to ensure long-lasting quality. We never take shortcuts. Our skilled sign makers diligently ensure that every design is flawlessly applied. To top it off (literally), we ship a solar light separately for you to attach to the top of your pole to add a beautiful finishing touch.
